This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that support business objectives., * 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience. * Experience building custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder. * Experience implementing business process automation using Salesforce Flow. * Strong understanding of:Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Orchestration) ,Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy),Validation Rules,Approval Processes,Dynamic Forms and Dynamic Actions. * Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. * Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader and Data Import Wizard. * Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs and Platform Events. * Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes. * Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
