This role will ensure reliable collaboration, effective content management, platform availability, and system performance. The administrator will handle SharePoint configuration, permissions, troubleshooting, upgrades, security, backup and recovery, and end-user support., * Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SharePoint environments. * Manage SharePoint site collections, content databases, document libraries, web applications, and related components. * Perform daily platform monitoring, system health checks, and troubleshooting. * Manage user accounts, permission levels, security groups, and access controls. * Implement and maintain SharePoint security controls, including encryption, firewalls, security zones, and compliance requirements. * Execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures. * Provide technical and end-user support for SharePoint-related issues. * Monitor storage capacity, usage, activity, and system performance. * Identify and resolve performance issues and optimize the SharePoint environment. * Apply patches, updates, hotfixes, and version upgrades in accordance with established procedures. * Support SharePoint availability, reliability, and overall platform health.
