## About the Role

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in desktop IT support
 * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user issues

 * Flexibility to support work outside standard business hours when required, Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with desktop support, and delivers excellent customer service while working directly at client sites
