* 3+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience
 * Strong background in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning
 * Experience developing predictive models, forecasting solutions, optimization models, or decision intelligence solutions
 * Proficiency in Python for analytics, modeling, and AI/ML development
 * Experience translating business problems into data-driven solutions
 * Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and present insights
 * Experience leveraging Foundry Ontology and business object models
 * Familiarity with Foundry pipelines, data transformations, and data integration concepts
 * Experience building analytical applications, operational dashboards, or decision-support solutions in Foundry

Nice to Have

 * Exposure to Palantir AIP, AI/ML, or GenAI-enabled use cases
 * Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations Analytics experience
 * Experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, network optimization, or supply chain risk analysis
 * Knowledge of Operations Research, Optimization, or Simulation Modeling
 * Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or other modern analytics platforms
 * Palantir Foundry certifications
