## About the Role

* Proficiency in Java full stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
 * Strong experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
 * Hands-on experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
 * Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
 * Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
 * Experience with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
 * Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 * Relevant certifications in Java, AWS, or software development methodologies are a plus.
 * Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams effectively.

## Description

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack Java applications.
 * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
 * Utilize AWS services to build scalable and reliable applications.
 * Implement messaging solutions using Kafka to ensure efficient data processing and communication.
 * Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
 * Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
 * Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
 * Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
