## Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to join a Secure Operations Center (SOC) team providing 24x7x365 operational support for Azure core and Office365 platforms. This role is critical to maintaining secure, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure across multiple workstreams in a classified environment. This position will be onsite in Reston, VA and requires a TS/SCI with FSP clearance !, * Monitor deployment flows and escalate operational issues to deployment teams

 * Run documented deployment scripts and procedures with precision

 * Coordinate and support outage restoration actions within published SLAs

 * Document investigative and restorative actions for audit and root cause analysis

 * Collaborate with feature teams to identify and drive fixes and recovery levers

 * Troubleshoot and debug service outages and customer-impacting issues

 * Update SOPs and technical training documentation as needed

 * Support secure work area operations, including hardware deployments and equipment troubleshooting

 * Provide physical escort for maintenance, cleaning, and other services

 * Assist with user account provisioning, certificate issuance, and troubleshooting, TechOps Administrator, Secure Operations Center, SOC, Azure Support, Office365, TS/SCI with Poly, Deployment Monitoring, Outage Restoration, Hardware Provisioning, Secure Facility Operations, Certificate Management, Incident Response, Audit Documentation, Troubleshooting, Shift Work, Classified Environment, Federal IT Support, Network Operations, System Administration, Technical SOPs, Secure Infrastructure, Azure, Powershell
