## About the Role

* Experience in retail; grocery preferred. Self-motived; proven ability to independently lead and/or contribute to production support and project workstreams.
 * Responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure. Includes the implementation and design of hardware and software
 * Monitors the performance of systems
 * Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and experience in the field or in a related area
 * Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
 * Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
 * Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
 * Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
 * Strong analytical skills required
 * Experience in Retail POS technology and Payments processing required; grocery preferred
 * Experience with NCR Storeline POS, NCR Connected Payments, Ingenico PIN pad and estate management preferred.

5 Must Haves:

 1. Retail POS technology experience--terminals and pin pad with emphasize on grocery-REQUIRED
 2. Individual contributor--self-starter--need to work without micro
 3. Production Support escalation--ability to troubleshoot
 4. Attend daily meetings, discuss open issues/challenges, manage and execute priorities of the day, triage and manage request
 5. Working with external vendors--great communication skills, POC for specific projects
 6. Understanding Program Management model

Certifications/Degree:
IT/Computer Science not required--Familiar; PCI POS experiences

Years of Experience: At least 5 years
