Experteer Overview In this role you drive AI-powered solutions for a scalable support ecosystem at CEAI, focusing on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. You align business and engineering teams to define BCDR scenarios, craft playbooks, and run outage drills to keep critical infrastructure available. You'll influence roadmaps, governance, and performance metrics to ensure resilient operations and faster issue resolution. This is an opportunity to shape how AI-first support operates at scale and impact customer satisfaction.
