## Description

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Configuration Manager, where you'll lead the design and implementation of critical processes in our policy administration system. This role offers the opportunity to work across various teams to ensure project success and drive continuous improvement.

 * Lead the design, development, and implementation of new products, business rules, and UI features.
 * Provide leadership to a team, solving complex problems with sustainable and scalable solutions.

 * Communicate effectively with stakeholders about issues, risks, and outcomes.
 * Support Agile development and lead department initiatives, including process improvement and cross-organization collaboration.
