multi-stakeholder implementations for enterprise customers Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve customer issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and budgets Ability to mentor and support other project managers Willingness to travel up to 40% Preferred / Desired Skills & Experience Understanding of service provider management, SLAs, preventive maintenance, and reactive work order processes Experience with HTML, JavaScript, or CSS; SQL knowledge is a plus Experience delivering enterprise software training PMP certification or equivalent is a plus The below salary ranges apply only to candidates who are located in Italy and employed under Italian local terms and conditions.
