What kind of professional are we looking for? - 3+ years of experience in technical support, integrations, or game integrations within the iGaming industry ; - Experience working on the provider side and communicating with operators, aggregators, or gaming platforms; - Strong understanding of APIs, REST, JSON, integration flows, logs, network basics, and troubleshooting; - Experience supporting integrations from technical setup through successful go-live; - Understanding of game lifecycle, transactions, game rounds, and game logic; - Ability to investigate issues independently and identify root causes; - Experience working with Jira
