technical updates and recommendations. * Support global team collaboration to maintain continuous validation coverage and timely response for high-priority projects across time zones. * Enforce system and software quality standards while identifying opportunities to improve validation processes and support efficiency. * Travel is required (25%- 30%) QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in systems validation, firmware validation, or technical support, preferably with data center or server industry experience. * Strong hands-on experience with BMC, IPMI, Redfish, and BIOS validation, along with system-level troubleshooting. * Proven experience supporting enterprise customers and handling complex technical issues. * Ability and willingness to travel for on-site customer support when required. * Experience with, on-site deployment support or customer data
