In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining modern data solutions within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), helping to ensure high-quality, reliable and well-governed data across multiple enterprise systems. You will collaborate with international teams to build scalable data pipelines, integrate business-critical data and contribute to the evolution of the company's data platform. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop and maintain data integration solutions. - Build and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines. - Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Dataplex . - Integrate data from multiple enterprise applications, including SAP and other business systems. - Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across the data platform. - Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. - Analyse technical requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. - Monitor and optimise existing data pipelines and workflows. - Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects and Business stakeholders within an international environment. Required Skills - Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role. - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . - Experience with Dataplex (highly desirable). - Strong SQL skills. - Experience building ETL / ELT pipelines. - Experience with data integration projects. - Understanding of data governance and data quality principles. - Experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
