## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will secure the Workday platform by designing and maintaining IAM controls across HCM and Financial modules. You will drive automation within a centralized IAM ecosystem, reducing risk and enabling compliant governance. You'll conduct security audits, monitor SoD, and partner with HR and payroll to secure workflows. This remote, full-time position offers a chance to shape access controls at scale in a banking environment and contribute to strong regulatory alignment. Compensation / Benefits * Design and maintain user security groups, Roles, domain security policies, and business process security controls in Workday HCM and Financial modules * Automate and integrate IAM processes into the centralized platform for governance and provisioning * Run security audits and monitor SoD conflicts to protect sensitive data and regulatory compliance * Collaborate with HR, payroll, and business teams to troubleshoot permissions and improve secure workflows Tasks * 6+ years of information security experience within Workday HCM focusing on IAM and privileges/policies * 6+ years gathering requirements and delivering solutions * Associate's Degree or 4+ years equivalent experience Key requirements * health insurance * wellness program * life and disability insurance * retirement savings plan * paid leave programs * paid holidays and PTO
