This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex technical environment., * Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required * 8+ years of experience in technical program coordination, operations, compliance, quality assurance, cybersecurity, avionics, embedded systems, system/network administration, or a related technical field * 5+ years of experience managing processes, schedules, or operational activities in a cross-functional environment * 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and controlling documentation, procedures, reports, or process materials * 5+ years of experience communicating status, risks, requirements, and decisions across multiple stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences * Experience managing action items, dependencies, priorities, and deliverables in a structured environment * Experience analyzing information, identifying gaps or risks, and driving follow-up actions to closure, * 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience * An active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) * Experience supporting cyber test events, penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, or technical evaluations * Experience in a test director, test coordinator, or test operations lead capacity * Experience with flight deck avionics and/or aircraft communication/navigation systems * Experience with embedded systems or other safety-critical systems * Experience supporting lab readiness, execution logistics, or technical event planning * Experience developing and executing test plans, procedures, and reports * Experience with incident response, chain of custody, or evidence handling processes * Experience with automated tracking, workflow, or reporting tools * Experience with Agile/Scrum or other structured delivery methodologies * Experience supporting process improvement, standardization, or operational readiness activities Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process., This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
