Promote DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code * Guide front-end modernization and API-first architectures * Lead design reviews, governance, and technical decision-making across product teams * Evaluate and implement AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality * Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of learning and collaboration * Partner with business leaders to align technology investments with strategic objectives Tasks * 8+ years of software engineering experience * 4-5 years experience with GitLab or GitHub * 2-3 years cloud infrastructure management and architecture experience * 2-3 years experience with Helm and Kubernetes tools * Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 8+ and OO design * Experience building/deploying microservices in containerized architectures * Experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL) * Strong experience with Git-based source control platforms and CI/CD

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the modernization of enterprise applications into cloud-native, microservices-based platforms, guiding architecture and engineering standards. You will drive digital transformation for customer care and back-office operations, partnering with business leaders to align tech investments with strategic goals. You'll design scalable, secure distributed systems on AWS/GCP, champion DevSecOps and modern front-end/API-first approaches, and mentor engineers to foster technical excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on Spectrum's products and customer experience.
