This position plays an important role in helping the Division maintain accurate records, support agency systems, document procedures, assist with implementation activities, and keep operational work organized and moving forward., Project and Operational Support + Provide operational support for Strategic Initiatives and Innovation team activities. + Support agency processes, system updates, and operational initiatives through documentation, tracking, and information management. + Maintain files, tracking tools, notes, and supporting documentation for projects and initiatives. + Maintain procedures, guides, checklists, and other operational resources. + Compile information and prepare reports, summaries, correspondence, and supporting materials. Customer Service and Communication + Respond to inquiries from staff, educators, administrators, and stakeholders. + Provide information and assistance related to records, systems, processes, and requirements. + Draft, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence and supporting documents. + Support trainings, meetings, and agency communication efforts. Technical Records Management + Maintain accurate electronic and physical records in accordance with agency requirements. + Review, validate, and update records to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Support records retention, archiving, and file management activities. + Research and resolve routine records discrepancies.
