 * 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role.
 * 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
 * Strong Python programming and scripting experience.
 * Experience designing, developing, and supporting production ETL/ELT pipelines.
 * Experience designing and supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions.
 * Experience supporting production data operations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
 * Hands-on AWS experience with several of the following services:

 * Amazon S3
 * AWS Glue
 * AWS Lambda
 * Amazon Redshift
 * Amazon Athena
 * Amazon EMR

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to design, build, maintain, and optimize scalable cloud-based data platforms that support enterprise analytics, reporting, operational insights, and business decision-making. This hands-on engineering role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in AWS, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing who enjoys building reliable, high-performance data pipelines and enabling data-driven business outcomes.
The successful candidate will develop and support enterprise-scale data solutions, manage data movement across multiple systems, optimize cloud data environments, and ensure the delivery of trusted, analytics-ready data., * Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.

 * Build automated data ingestion processes from APIs, relational databases, applications, flat files, streaming platforms, and third-party systems.
 * Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable data integration frameworks.
 * Design, implement, and optimize AWS-based data engineering solutions.
 * Build and support enterprise data lakes and cloud data warehouse environments.
 * Create curated analytical datasets for reporting, business intelligence, and advanced analytics.
 * Monitor production data pipelines, investigate failures, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
 * Implement data quality, validation, governance, lineage, and monitoring processes.
 * Optimize SQL queries and data processing workflows for performance and scalability.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
 * Document technical designs, data flows, and operational procedures.
 * Participate in production support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
