Experience with Epic, Caboodle, or Clarity is highly preferred but not required., * 3+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau. * Strong SQL experience, including joins, stored procedures, performance tuning, and complex data analysis. * Experience working with large datasets and enterprise reporting environments. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions. * Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams. * Experience with data validation, reporting automation, and dashboard optimization. Preferred Qualifications * Healthcare industry experience. * Experience supporting Revenue Cycle, Claims, Billing, Denials, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Integrity, or Provider Analytics. * Experience with Epic reporting environments including Caboodle, Clarity, Cogito, Resolute, or Professional Billing data. * Experience with healthcare datasets including claims, encounters, providers, reimbursement, HEDIS, quality measures, or population health reporting. * Experience with Power BI, SSIS, ETL processes, or data warehousing concepts. * Exposure to Azure, Snowflake, or modern cloud analytics platforms.
