You will act as a trusted advisor and techno-functional consultant responsible for helping clients design, implement, and optimize end-to-end commerce solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Power Platform, and Shopify. You are comfortable leading client workshops, defining business processes, driving solution architecture discussions, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful transformation programs. The role aligns with the combination of D365 Commerce, F&O integration, CRM, and omnichannel retail consulting skills highlighted in UST hiring discussions.
