This position partners with business and technical subject matter experts, primary business partners will include sales, operations, underwriting, and risk/compliance, to source data to support the technical solution that they will design and maintain., * Collaborate with stakeholders across Consumer and Home Lending to clearly define the underlying business need for reporting and dashboards and translate findings into basic business requirements. * Work with subject matter experts and business analysts to understand business process and source required data to support the solution. * Design, develop, deploy, and maintain ETL processes to support business intelligence and reporting solutions. * Design, develop, deploy, and maintain effective visualizations, dashboards, and scorecards that provide actionable information using business intelligence software (i.e. Tableau). * On an ad hoc basis, execute reports or analyses, interpret results, and present recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency to business partners. * Coordinate a project team, as well as be an individual contributor, as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned., Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
