We are not providing sponsorship for this position. ## Description The Network Engineer provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support for users, IT business partners, and the Client Services team across the corporate environment, and is based in our Times Square Tower office. This role is focused on frontline troubleshooting for wireless, wired, and local connectivity issues while also supporting the Network Engineering team with maintenance, project execution, documentation, and implementation of practical enterprise network solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to enterprise switching, routing, wireless, and VPN technologies, including a solid practical understanding of routing protocols and how they are implemented and supported in a production network environment. This position is expected to be onsite five days per week and may interact with senior leadership when supporting business-critical connectivity needs.
