## About the Role

We are seeking a Geospatial Analyst with 2-3 years of experience specializing in LiDAR data processing and extraction for electrical utility applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with transmission and distribution corridor data, utilizing MicroStation and PLS-CADD to support engineering and asset management workflows., * Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Science, GIS, Surveying, or related field

 * 2-3 years of experience in geospatial analysis or LiDAR processing
 * Experience working with LiDAR datasets
 * Proficiency with MicroStation and PLS-CADD
 * Strong attention to detail, * Experience supporting electrical utilities (transmission/distribution)
 * Familiarity with vegetation management workflows
 * Experience with TerraScan, ArcGIS, or similar tools
 * Basic scripting knowledge (Python, VBA)

## Description

Process, classify, and analyze LiDAR point cloud data for electric transmission and distribution projects

 * Extract utility features such as conductors, poles, towers, and vegetation encroachment
 * Develop geospatial deliverables using MicroStation and PLS-CADD
 * Support engineering modeling workflows by preparing data for line design and analysis
 * Perform QA/QC on LiDAR-derived datasets and mapping products
 * Generate planimetric and 3D mapping deliverables
 * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and analysts
 * Maintain organized project files and adhere to standards
