This is a unique opportunity to work directly with IT leadership as one of the primary members of the technology team, helping establish the processes, standards, and infrastructure that will support the business for years to come. This is a contract role to start with opportunity to convert to FTE based on performance. The position requires some onsite work., * Administer and support enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, cloud services, and end-user systems * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application issues across multiple business locations * Assist with the design, implementation, and support of technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reliability * Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and technical standards * Implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting solutions to improve system visibility and uptime * Partner with leadership to enhance cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities * Evaluate, recommend, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency * Support hardware and software lifecycle management, including upgrades, deployments, and vendor coordination * Contribute to the development of scalable IT processes, governance, and best practices * Serve as a trusted technical resource for both end users and business leadership, We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to help build a modern, scalable IT organization from the ground up.
