## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you guide and support a software engineering team to deliver solutions for clients. You collaborate with cross-functional partners, mentor team members, and shape the software engineering strategy. You'll manage tasks, timelines, and risks to ensure successful delivery while promoting innovation and continuous learning. The position offers on-site client engagement and the chance to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
