Experteer Overview In this role you drive cross-functional, large-scale programs that modernize our platform and scale operations for a fast-growing fintech. You partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and risk/compliance teams to shape roadmaps, manage dependencies, and deliver impactful outcomes for members. You navigate ambiguity to build resilient, scalable systems and improve delivery discipline. This is a chance to influence how Dave brings new capabilities to market while maintaining responsible growth.
