This role serves as the technical authority for Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, customization, and integration, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives and government requirements. The Solution Architect works closely with government stakeholders, program leadership, developers, and functional analysts to translate business needs into effective technical solutions while providing technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.
