## Description

Experteer Overview As a Data Scientist at Amazon Connect, you will analyze massive datasets to categorize customer usage patterns, detect anomalies, and understand model performance impact on business metrics. You'll translate business problems into data science solutions, collaborate with product managers, scientists, and engineers, and help shape the next generation of cloud-based contact centers. The role offers substantial impact in a fast-growing, early-stage team with a customer-focused mission and opportunities to build scalable, resilient systems.
