## About the Role

High School with 10+ years (or commensurate experience), * Clearance Required: TS/SCI

 * Expertise in testing web-based applications.
 * Experience working with requirements analysts in building requirements.
 * Experience writing test cases.
 * Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
 * Experience with integration and regression testing.

Preferred Skills and Experience

 * Knowledge of SQL script.
 * Familiarity with Oracle developer tools for validation.
 * Cloud testing experience.
 * Experience with Telerik test studio.
 * Experience working on a data migration application upgrade project.

## Description

Conducts evaluation of software/systems activities including requirements, design, development, documentation, integration, test, verification and validation. Defines appropriate measures to ensure product quality. Develops overall operating criteria to ensure implementation of the software/system quality program according to project, process and contract requirements and objectives. Ensures that projects and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contracts. Reviews software/systems design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements. Reviews include applicable specifications, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies. Provides or directs verification and validation of software system requirements, traceability, and testability.

 * Develops, publishes, and implements test plans for complex, multi-tier, distributed, applications throughout the full lifecycle.
 * Develops automated testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set.
 * Participates in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing.
 * Assures the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important defects by working with developers and/or engineers to ensure the software or hardware development process has an appropriate level of testing.
 * Develops response strategies and processes for high-criticality and security vulnerability related bug notifications.
 * Pro-actively investigates and finds potential security holes and attack vectors within both the existing and newly-developed code base.
