This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience supporting casino floor applications, gaming systems, kiosks, player systems, and related operational technologies within a casino environment. The focus of this role is day-to-day support, troubleshooting, device setup, system maintenance, and coordination with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure casino operations remain stable and fully functional in a 24/7 environment.
