## About the Role

Approximately 10 years of hands-on SAP Vistex/OTC experience. The primary focus of this position is application support, particularly around Customer Rebates and Vendor Incentives, along with Scrum-related development work and small enhancements.
Please ensure the candidates have strong hands-on experience supporting day-to-day Vistex operations, troubleshooting functional issues, and working on enhancements. Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on large-scale Vistex implementations, architecture, or project-oriented roles, with limited application/support experience, may not be suitable for this requirement.
Must Have

 1. Approximately 10 years of SAP Vistex/OTC experience
 2. Strong hands-on Vistex functional experience
 3. Production/application support experience
 4. Strong experience with Customer Rebates
 5. Strong experience with Vendor Incentives
 6. Experience with Chargebacks/Billbacks
 7. Experience troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day Vistex issues
 8. Experience working on small enhancements
 9. Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment
 10. SAP SD/OTC integration/process knowledge
