* Provide end-user and executive "white-glove" support for desktop and laptop systems in an on-site environment.
 * Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on PCs, peripherals, and related hardware systems.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, identifying network-related problems when tied to end-user devices.
 * Support Microsoft productivity tools (including Office 365 and MS Teams) and video teleconferencing solutions (such as Cisco Webex).
