* Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
 * Master's degree with 9 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree with 11 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 13 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
 * Demonstrated experience designing and implementing sophisticated AI/ML solutions
 * Deep knowledge and experience with AI technologies
 * Experience assessing, evaluating, training, and optimizing ML models
 * Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
 * Experience with Agentic AI systems
 * Experience implementing RAG capabilities
 * Experience optimizing models for constrained or edge-computing environments
 * Expert Python proficiency

 * The successful candidate will support the MPO customer environment and develop sophisticated Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and customized machine learning solutions

Primary Responsibilities

 * Design and implement advanced AI/ML and data science solutions
 * Develop Agentic AI systems and customized RAG capabilities
 * Assess, evaluate, and implement appropriate ML models for specific mission needs
 * Train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy machine learning and large language models
 * Tailor AI/ML solutions for operational performance and resource constraints
 * Develop models suitable for low-memory and low-resource edge-device environments
 * Evaluate model performance and recommend improvements
 * Work with mission stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions
