Preferred Qualifications * Hands-on experience with AWS data technologies, including: * AWS Lambda * Amazon S3 * Amazon EC2 * AWS IAM Experience with ETL/Data Integration tools such as: * AWS Glue * Informatica * IBM InfoSphere Knowledge of DevOps practices, Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience with one or more programming languages such as: * Python * Java * Scala * C/C++ Ability to assess emerging technologies and recommend cloud-native data platforms and solutions. Strong organizational, leadership, and team-building skills. Experience working in highly regulated environments, preferably within financial services or banking. Nice to Have * AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty * AWS Certified Database - Specialty * Other relevant cloud certifications ## Description We are seeking an experienced Data Platform Manager to join our Data Technology organization and lead a team of skilled platform engineers as we accelerate our cloud data transformation journey. This role will be instrumental in driving the strategic migration of enterprise data assets to the cloud while partnering closely with Data Architecture, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. Reporting to the Director of Data Platforms, you will help shape the organization's data strategy, promote data governance best practices, and deliver innovative, scalable data solutions that support business growth and analytics initiatives.
