Experience leading the delivery of customer-facing software products.
Strong full-stack development experience.
Expertise with: React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs
Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Cloud experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.

Experience building software in fintech, tax, accounting, payments, healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry.
Experience working closely with design systems and Figma.
Experience mentoring engineers or helping grow engineering teams.
