## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
 * 5+ years of experience with the following:
 * SAP WM/EWM and logistics execution processes, including warehouse operations
 * Business process documentation, requirements gathering, and gap analysis
 * Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, user stories, backlog management)
 * Collaboration with IT teams to support solution delivery and testing
 * Supply chain, distribution, or warehouse operations knowledge
 * Ability to travel up to approximately 25% domestically and internationally
 * Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
 * Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Embedded EWM, or Transportation Management
 * Knowledge of 3PL operations, material flow integration, or warehouse automation environments
 * Exposure to automation, robotics, or emerging technologies within supply chain operations
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into solutions

## Description

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, supporting the delivery of logistics and supply chain solutions across multiple manufacturing locations. You will focus on defining, documenting, and improving SAP-enabled processes while driving alignment between operational needs and technical execution.

You'll make a difference by:

 * Owning end-to-end delivery of logistics and supply chain processes from ideation through implementation and handoff
 * Partnering with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements into actionable deliverables
 * Creating and managing Agile artifacts (Epics, Features, User Stories) and supporting backlog prioritization
 * Performing as-is and to-be process mapping and conducting gap analysis to support standardization efforts
 * Collaborating with IT teams to support SAP solution design, testing (UAT/integration), and execution
 * Translating technical solutions into clear, business-friendly language and acting as a liaison across teams
 * Driving continuous improvement across warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations, including support for process standardization initiatives
