Preferred Certifications: * CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+ (preferred but not required) * Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-100) Technical Skills & Knowledge * Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments. * Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools like Zoom. * Understanding of networking basics and endpoint security best practices. * Exposure to IT service management platforms such as Jira Service Management is a plus. Soft Skills & Abilities * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and clear manner. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset., Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds. ## Description The IT Services Associate provides hands-on technical support for employees across all company locations, with a focus on assisting plant production and business support teams. This entry-level role helps ensure a smooth IT experience by supporting end-user computing devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with collaboration tools.
