## Description

* Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone and live chat
 * Manage multiple live chats while maintaining strong customer service and quality standards
 * Troubleshoot basic MS applications, Windows systems, and proprietary applications
 * Document incidents and troubleshooting steps clearly for escalation to second-line support
 * Identify issues, research potential resolutions, and provide timely assistance
 * Work closely with peers and technical subject matter experts in a fast-paced environment
