**Published:** August 11, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.dice.com/job-detail/4bc71d55-9d5a-4164-aa15-9f4e3e3c7e00 ## About the Role * 5+ years of enterprise application-integration experience, including 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development * Strong experience with Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, Mule runtime, API Manager, and MuleSoft deployment and monitoring capabilities * Experience designing and implementing API-led integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, RAML or OpenAPI, and asynchronous messaging patterns * Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using Salesforce APIs, event-driven patterns, MuleSoft connectors, and secure authentication methods * Strong knowledge of error handling, retries, idempotency, transaction management, logging, monitoring, performance, and API security * Experience with MUnit, automated testing, source control, CI/CD, environment management, and production deployment * Ability to interpret business-process and technical requirements and convert them into reusable integration services * Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across architecture, Salesforce, data, testing, and external application teams * Ability to work in a POC-first environment with evolving requirements and distributed teams across multiple time zones Preferred Qualifications: * MuleSoft Developer or Integration Architect certification * Experience integrating Coupa, Workday, procurement, accounts payable, expense, finance, or partner-operations platforms * Experience supporting Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Data 360, Slack, or MCP-enabled integration patterns * Experience with Pub/Sub API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, event-driven architecture, or high-volume enterprise integrations ## Description Kforce has a client in San Jose, CA that is seeking an Application Developer Mulesoft., * Design and develop MuleSoft APIs and integrations using API-led connectivity and reusable system, process, and experience API patterns * Build integrations connecting Salesforce and Agentforce with Coupa, Workday, procurement, accounts payable, expense, partner operations, and other enterprise platforms * Implement Salesforce integration patterns using REST and SOAP APIs, Pub/Sub API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, webhooks, and asynchronous messaging where appropriate * Develop Mule applications using Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, RAML or OpenAPI specifications, connectors, reusable templates, and shared error-handling frameworks * Support agent actions and enterprise automation by exposing secure, well-governed APIs that can be consumed by Agentforce, Salesforce Flow, Apex, Slack experiences, or MCP-enabled services * Implement authentication and authorization patterns including OAuth, JWT, certificates, mTLS, secrets management, and least-privilege access * Define and implement logging, monitoring, alerting, retry, exception-handling, and operational-support patterns for integrations * Create unit and integration tests using MUnit and collaborate with quality engineers on end-to-end, performance, and regression coverage * Support POCs and rapid iterations by building working integration slices before every downstream requirement is finalized * Participate in API design reviews, code reviews, deployment planning, environment management, CI/CD, release execution, and production support * Document API contracts, mappings, dependencies, nonfunctional requirements, and operational procedures clearly * Communicate blockers, interface decisions, data issues, and delivery risks effectively in a Slack-first, distributed team environment ## Related Videos -
