In this role, you will support upcoming Salesforce initiatives, with a particular emphasis on Service Cloud development. You will contribute to the Salesforce roadmap and expedited completion of critical initiatives by providing architectural knowledge and technical expertise. Your work will support project outcomes, platform quality, solution scalability, operational efficiency, and user experience.
