This leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a 24/7 technician organization comprised of Data Center Technicians and Inventory & Logistics Technicians operating across multiple shifts. While technical work direction and project priorities will be provided by the client, this individual will serve as the employer-side leader responsible for personnel management, workforce performance, operational execution, quality standards, shift coordination, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments where uptime, deployment velocity, quality, and operational excellence are critical to success.
