## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead a 10-15 person Platform/Hardware Engineering team within a Linux/Windows COTS compute environment to support project modernization. You drive technical delivery, staffing, and career development while aligning with program goals and customer expectations. Your leadership ensures successful deployment and integration of complex systems across CONUS/OCONUS sites. You'll shape program success through collaboration with engineering leadership and program managers, delivering high-quality solutions that advance RTX's mission.
