## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead integration and test of complex electro-mechanical defense systems across the full development lifecycle, shaping test strategies and manufacturing transitions. You'll define requirements at multiple levels, develop and execute test plans, and oversee new test stations. You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support final system sell-off for customer delivery. This is a chance to influence how high-impact systems are verified and deployed in a fast-paced, innovative defense environment.
