* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other STEM related degree with 12 years of relevant experience; 10 years of relevant experience with a Master's; 8 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
 * Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance at the time of application and willingness to sit for a polygraph
 * Experience in systems engineering, requirements, test plan/strategy
 * Strong written and oral communications skills, * Active TS/SCI with poly
