Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager, you lead the systems and software team for Crown's vehicle products, guiding both people and technical work. You'll align development with quality, cost, and schedule goals while shaping product direction and technology strategy. You collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, customer-focused solutions. You drive continuous improvement and mentor engineers to grow the organization. This role offers the chance to shape advanced vehicle systems in a fast-moving, industry-defining environment.
