## About the Role

* 10+ years overall and 6+ years of backend development experience
 * ABSOLUTE MUST: 100% Strong proficiency in Python and Golang (GO)
 * 2 3+ years of experience building and maintaining microservices architectures
 * Solid experience with databases and SQL (at least one major database system)
 * 3+ years working with databases in production environments
 * Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (2+ years)
 * Strong understanding of multithreading and multiprocessing concepts
 * Proven experience building scalable and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

 * Familiarity with Spark or Hive
 * Experience with authentication and authorization systems (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
 * Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
 * Experience with cloud IAM services (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud Platform IAM)
 * Knowledge of security best practices or common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10)
 * Experience with message queues (Kafka) and distributed systems

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Back-End Developer to build scalable, high-performance backend systems. This role sits within a cybersecurity-focused team, with opportunities to work on high-impact, large-scale, identity and access management (IAM) systems.

 * Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices
 * Build and maintain secure, high-availability systems
 * Contribute to systems that support authentication, authorization, and access control
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and implementation
