 * Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, architecture, operations, and vendor teams.
 * Develop and support scalable system integrations and technical solutions.
 * Define testing, rollout, and launch strategies for new products and features.
 * Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to executive leadership.
