This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to improve the cloud onboarding experience and drive a cultural shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and a process-oriented mindset., Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities., + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field + 10+ years of proven experience in change management and in implementing large cultural shifts + US Citizen with active TS/SCI with poly clearance + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to give clear and engaging presentations + Process-oriented with strong organizational skills + Experience with Confluence, SiteWorks or similar documentation tools + Ability to gather and interpret metrics to drive decision-making + Customer-centric approach with a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
