## About the Role

Responsible for BMT data management outcomes including compliance with federal reporting requirements and other accreditation agencies. Supervises BMT data management personnel and guides team objectives. Supports database maintenance and patient outcome data analysis. Provides information systems support to the BMT department. Serves as project manager for quality and process improvement initiatives related to the data management team and BMT department informatics. Collaborates with the organization-wide Information Systems department. Demonstrates proficiency with SQL, Excel, and other BMT software applications.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelors degree,Masters degree preferred.

A minimum of two years recent experience in BMT data management.

Leadership experience preferred.

Experience in:

 * providing information systems support.
 * computer programming preferred.
 * Knowledge of information systems, data storage and analysis, and improvement methodologies is required.
