Dynamics 365 Commerce * Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce. * Configure and support areas including: * Product Information Management * Pricing and Promotions * Order Management * Commerce Scale Unit * Omnichannel commerce Support digital sales channels and customer journeys. Help optimize retail and e-commerce business processes. Dynamics 365 F&O & CRM * Provide functional consulting across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. * Work with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service/Customer Engagement solutions. * Support integration between Commerce, F&O, CRM, and external systems. * Work with business stakeholders to improve order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, warehouse, and customer experience processes. Shopify & Integration * Design and support integrations between Shopify/Shopify Plus and Dynamics 365. * Work with REST APIs and Azure integration technologies. * Troubleshoot integration and deployment issues. * Collaborate with technical teams on integration architecture and implementation.
